Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of housekeeping experience preferably in an apartment complex setting
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to comply with safety and health regulations
Availability to work 1 weekend day

Job Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping at an apartment complex
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Availability to work 1 weekend day as required

Job Duties

Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of vacant apartment units including kitchens bathrooms living areas and bedrooms
Execute make-ready tasks such as dusting vacuuming mopping and polishing surfaces
Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas including lobbies hallways fitness centers and lounges
Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and report issues to management
Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishment
Follow safety protocols and adhere to all health and safety regulations
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
