Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of housekeeping experience preferably in an apartment complex setting
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to comply with safety and health regulations
  • Availability to work 1 weekend day

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping at an apartment complex
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Availability to work 1 weekend day as required

Job Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of vacant apartment units including kitchens bathrooms living areas and bedrooms
  • Execute make-ready tasks such as dusting vacuuming mopping and polishing surfaces
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas including lobbies hallways fitness centers and lounges
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and report issues to management
  • Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishment
  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
