Job Duties

Provide general housekeeping for the community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas and entryways
Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed, change bed linens, ensure adequate linen supplies, turn mattresses with assistance, and empty waste baskets in resident apartments
Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on carpets, plants, windows, light fixtures, and main entry areas
Launder all linens using provided laundry facilities
Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
Greet residents and guests, serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from the cart
Take resident orders, serve meals and desserts courteously, and assist with tray delivery to resident rooms
Bus and clear dishes, sanitize tables and chairs, and complete side work such as filling sugar holders and cleaning coffeemakers
Perform other duties as needed or assigned
