Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning common areas and entryways
- Launder linens by washing and drying in laundry facilities
- Change bed linens and ensure adequate linen supplies in apartments
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including carpets, windows, plants, and light fixtures
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests, serve beverages, cereals, soups, salads, meals, and desserts
- Bus and clear dishes, sanitize tables and chairs, complete side work tasks such as filling sugar holders and cleaning coffeemaker
- Deliver trays to resident rooms as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
