Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods
- Capability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Must comply with company drug-free workplace policies
- Willingness to participate in E-Verify as part of hiring process
Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping experience preferably in hospitality
- Effective oral communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel amenities and guest services
Job Duties
- Exceed cleaning standards by performing routine guest room preparation and cleaning while meeting set labor time standards and maintaining public areas
- Offer hotel amenities, products, and services to accommodate guest needs and enhance revenue
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Communicate any maintenance work orders promptly to maintenance or management
- Follow and know all property emergency procedures to ensure guest and property safety
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
