Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
ability to communicate effectively
ability to work independently and in a team
willingness to comply with health and safety guidelines including 2-step TB test
physically able to perform all housekeeping duties
reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

Compassionate and respectful of seniors
ability to be self-directed and function in a team environment
personable, energetic, and a hard worker
previous housekeeping and or experience working with seniors a plus
willing to take 2-step TB test

Job Duties

Clean resident rooms and common areas
wash laundry items and provide clean linen and towels
communicate effectively
practice effective team behavior
demonstrate effective interpersonal relationships
organization and effective time management
build resident and family satisfaction
other duties as assigned by Maintenance Director
