- Ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and residents
- Reliable and punctual with good time management skills

- Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications

- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is beneficial
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

- Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment

Job Duties
- Performs general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways and common areas
- Prepares apartments for move-in as assigned
- Participates in annual cleaning schedules
- Utilizes cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines
- Informs supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns
- Keeps housekeeping carts and vacuums clean and in good working order
- Participates in energy awareness program
- Performs other duties as assigned
