Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
at least one year of relevant experience preferred
ability to perform physical labor including climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, and carrying
capability to stand for long periods
willingness to move furniture when required
compliance with company policies and occupational safety standards

Job Qualifications

Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, lifting, kneeling, crawling, pushing, and carrying
ability to stand for extended periods
strong attention to detail
good communication skills

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas
dust furniture and fixtures
vacuum and mop floors
sanitize bathrooms and kitchen areas
report any maintenance issues
assist with moving furniture as needed
adhere to all safety and health regulations
