Job Duties

clean resident apartments including furnishings, fixtures, ledges, room heating/cooling units, bathtubs, toilets, showers, sinks, windows/mirrors, blinds, and shutters
sweep, dust, damp/wet mop, disinfect, wash, wipe, spot clean surfaces using proper cleaning and disinfecting solutions
discard waste/trash into proper containers and replace liners
report any health, safety and/or sanitation concerns to supervisor
follow work/cleaning schedules as closely as practical
monitor and remove all trash and waste from inside community areas to designated trash cans/areas throughout shifts
keep work areas attractive and free from hazardous objects
follow procedures for mixing, storing, and using chemicals and disinfectants and for proper disposal of waste
lock and control housekeeping supplies and carts ensuring chemicals and hazardous materials are not accessible to residents or visitors
comply with Clearwater Living standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations
assist in moving residents during emergency situations if needed
maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including wearing proper uniform and name tag
represent Clearwater Living principles and core values daily
perform other duties as assigned or required
