Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and individual resident apartments, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and defrost refrigerators in resident apartments as needed, check heat system filters, change bed linens, and ensure linen supply
- Conduct deep cleaning of apartments with attention to carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens by washing and drying using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests during meal service to serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads
- Take resident orders, serve meals and desserts courteously and efficiently
- Return carts to the kitchen and assist with storage of perishable items
- Bus and clear tables after meals, sanitize tables and chairs, and vacuum carpets
- Complete side work, such as replenishing sugar holders, creamers, and cleaning coffeemaker
- Perform additional duties as assigned or needed
