Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in housekeeping or custodial duties
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping tools and equipment
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional support of special events and emergencies

Job Duties
- Perform various housekeeping duties to assigned areas during the academic year and non-academic year
- Assigned areas must be maintained in a safe and habitable condition to achieve the standards of Building Services
- Detect and report defective or unsafe equipment, building repairs, individual employee safety and safety issues concerning the college community
- Follow and observe all safety rules and practices
- Ensure the proper handling of all Building Services key rings, reporting any lost or misplaced keys immediately
- Develop and maintain good working relations with co-workers, students, visitors, and other college personnel
- Support special events, conference services events, and work requests, including occasionally flexible work hours as required
