Job Duties
- General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas
- Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins
- Ensure resident or guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests
- Respond to resident emergencies as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
- Uphold cleanliness standards to promote a healthy living environment
