Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily activities
- Capability to lift 25-35 pounds intermittently during work shift
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Positive attitude with strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards
- Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Clean public areas or assist in laundry duties as needed
- Deliver exceptional service by responding promptly and courteously to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a Service +1 attitude
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for diverse team members and guests
- Work flexible shifts including weekends as required
