- Create a home away from home by meticulously cleaning and arranging guest rooms
- Maintain sparkling public areas and back-of-house spaces ensuring high cleanliness standards
- Replenish amenities and supplies anticipating guest needs
- Perfect attention to detail in making beds and cleaning bathroom fixtures
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately
- Address guest requests and concerns with a positive attitude
- Adapt to various tasks and shifts showing flexibility
- Take ownership of duties and strive for excellence
