Job Requirements

patient tactful, and flexible when dealing with residents, family members, volunteers, visitors, physicians, staff members and the general public
willingness to perform a variety of repetitive tasks
adherence to the Touchmark Gold Standards of behavior and performance, including excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
willingness to work holidays and weekends
willingness to be a first responder in emergency situations
ability to operate cleaning equipment
open availability to work days, swing shifts, and weekends

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

have open availability - being flexible to work days and/or swing as well as weekends
ability to operate all necessary equipment to perform essential functions of the position
ensure residents homes, guest rooms, and common areas are cleaned in accordance with the established Touchmark Gold Standards
notify supervisor or management team if any repairs are needed
keep supervisor informed of all changes in equipment performance and of the need for supplies
maintain a clean environment and a healthy atmosphere for residents, guests, and team members
