Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
previous experience in similar functions desirable
ability to use small/medium powered cleaning equipment
ability to listen and follow verbal and written instructions
ability to read and understand GHS Chemical Safety Program and SDS sheets
capable of working safely from ladders and lifts
ability to understand and complete OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Training
qualified or willing to train on large powered cleaning equipment
ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends and holidays
must be able to read, write and speak English
must have professional attitude and appearance
must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

qualification or ability to train on large powered cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and carpet extraction units
able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
proficient in English reading, writing and speaking
professional attitude and appearance
minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

Participates in cleaning various rooms and areas of the facility including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming
removes trash to proper disposal areas
cleans restrooms and restocks supplies
cleans stains from carpets and seats
cleans windows inside and outside of the facility
assists in separating recyclables from trash and disposes them properly
cleans and maintains equipment and areas as directed
operates walkie-talkie radio when required
maintains a neat and groomed appearance and demeanor throughout the workday
