Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and comply with company policies
- Willingness to work weekends as scheduled
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- Related experience and/or training
- Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and coworkers
- Ability to work cooperatively and in a teamwork environment
- Must possess attention to detail, manage time effectively and adapt to change in a composed manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to work weekends as determined by property manager
Job Duties
- Maintaining of common areas, clubhouse, offices, restrooms and guest suites
- Preparing make ready units, including cleaning of doors, windows, racks, counters, appliances, sinks and fixtures within three to five business days
- Maintaining and requesting supplies to perform duties
- Performing daily morning inspections and touch-ups of all models and leasing tour route
- Complying with Fair Housing requirements and laws
- Communicating effectively with supervisor and coworkers
- Working cooperatively and in a teamwork environment
