Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field is preferred
- Skills in operating housekeeping equipment and tools
- Knowledge of green cleaning solutions, chemicals, and pertinent cleaning supplies
- Ability to read and understand label

Job Duties

- Actively participate in the department's standard training program to become increasingly skilled in your area of focus
- Embrace the notion that you are employed with the purpose of offering your residents an inviting experience that is happening for them, not a service that is happening to them
- Approach all encounters with residents, guests, and co-workers in a gracious, attentive, and courteous manner
- Clean respective areas as assigned
- Provide routine housekeeping services for guests and residents of the community
- Provide special housekeeping duties and deep cleanings of resident apartments
- Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and act in a calm manner in the event of an emergency
