Job Requirements

  • ability to be flexible with job demands and open-minded when being asked to complete tasks
  • ability to operate and use all the equipment necessary to run the restaurant
  • ability to operate with grace under pressure
  • ability to move or handle equipment throughout the restaurant typically weighing up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates
  • ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours a day

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in housekeeping is preferred
  • attention to detail and time management skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • perform cleaning duties in all public areas including dining rooms lounges event spaces restrooms hallways and offices
  • ensure all surfaces furniture and fixtures are clean well-maintained and free from dust or debris
  • stock and maintain supplies such as paper products cleaning materials and hygiene essentials in designated areas
  • support event set-up and break-down ensuring that spaces are organized and presentable before and after gatherings
  • ensure waste is properly disposed of and recycling procedures are followed
  • report maintenance issues and unsafe conditions to the appropriate team members
  • uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with members and colleagues
  • assist with any special cleaning requests from management or members maintaining flexibility and attention to detail
