Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- previous housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending
- ability to lift up to 20 pounds and push or pull carts up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of resident apartments and common areas
- follow The Sterling Touch® service standards ensuring courteous and professional interactions
- perform routine cleaning tasks including scrubbing, dusting, and vacuuming
- manage linen and housekeeping supplies appropriately
- report maintenance issues or resident requests to management
- assist in stocking and organizing cleaning carts
- uphold safety and sanitation standards in all work performed
