Job Duties
- Clean top of refrigerators, stoves, stove drip pans, sinks, floors, walls, dusting, spot cleaning carpets, bathrooms, baseboards and maintaining resident units on a weekly basis
- inform Assistant Manager of Housekeeping Services of any housekeeping cancellations at the moment of cancellation
- display team oriented, can do attitude and willingness to help where needed
- take any laundry residents wish to have laundered and put them in assigned closet or bus stop for pickup daily
- handle and interact with all chemicals on a daily basis
- use proper signage when cleaning floors and remove signage when floors are dry
- remove dirt, dust, grease, film from any surfaces using appropriate chemicals
- clean and maintain apartment bathrooms frequently
- assist in cleaning hallways, stairways, and elevators if needed
- discard waste and trash into proper containers and re-line trash receptacles with plastic liners
