Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in hospitality or related service preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures

- Desire to provide outstanding hospitality and guest service
- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Punctuality in clocking in and out
- Adherence to scheduled break times
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out from work
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred
- Positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Capable of working well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Effective listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Genuine desire to serve guests and provide quality hospitality
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use the guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve high guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Understand and effectively use relevant technology for the role
- Answer incoming calls using approved greeting and friendly service
- Maintain sparkling clean workspaces in all hotel areas
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Always greet guests with hospitality while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and timely every shift
- Prepare and submit accurate shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniforms and maintain grooming standards
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to assist beyond traditional duties
- Collaborate with team members to foster a welcoming environment and positive workplace
- Stock room supplies and tools before cleaning
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms
- Complete additional cleaning projects in storage rooms, public spaces, guest laundry, and deep cleaning activities as assigned
- Attend morning stand-ups and assist with housekeeping laundry
- Respond on time to scheduled shifts, breaks, and provide proper notice when unable to work
- Follow safety and cleanliness standards throughout all tasks
- Demonstrate ability to perform physically demanding tasks including stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting housekeeping items
