Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning
- good communication skills
- attention to detail
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- cleans resident apartment homes including dusting vacuuming sweeping scrubbing mopping waxing disinfecting washing windows
- empties trash waste and other disposable materials and transports to disposal area
- may assist care staff with cleaning lobby restrooms hallways elevators stairwells and common spaces
- reports needed repairs to executive director and maintenance specialist
