Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
able to pass a background check
have a great attitude and be a team player
willingness to learn proper cleaning techniques
able to be on feet all day with light lifting under 15 pounds
driver’s license preferred

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required
ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
willingness to learn and adapt to The Cleaning Authority’s cleaning methods
good communication and teamwork skills
ability to pass a background check

Job Duties

Providing professional housecleaning services using the Detail-Clean Rotation System
performing thorough cleaning and disinfecting of residential homes
adhering to safety standards by using supplied masks, gloves, and EPA-approved disinfectants
maintaining a team-oriented and positive work environment
participating in ongoing training to improve cleaning techniques and skills
managing physical work that includes standing all day and light lifting
advancing through career opportunities including leadership and training roles
