Job Requirements

  • operation of different types of equipment
  • ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push or pull heavy equipment
  • ability to stand for extended periods of time

Job Duties

  • Vacuum hallways, sweep hallways, mop hallways, sweep stairwells, mop stairwells, clean vending areas, clean foyers, clean and remove spots from corridor walls, clean and remove spots from doors, polish mirrors, polish room numbers on guest room doors, polish elevator doors, obtain amenities and supplies as needed, care for cleaning equipment, remove dust from all common areas, remove cobwebs from all common areas, remove debris from all common areas, remove fingerprints from all common areas, change lightbulbs, maintain required property uniform, ensure professional appearance and attitude, arrange and clean behind furniture, provide guest assistance, provide directions, provide information as requested
