Job Duties

Perform various cleaning duties such as sweeping, scrubbing, dusting, vacuuming and polishing using powered equipment as needed
Ensure all assigned spaces are cleaned according to health and safety standards, company operating procedures, and schedules
Transport waste, trash, and recyclables to appropriate disposal areas and ensure proper disposal of chemical products
Protect, maintain, and disinfect work equipment, tools, and supplies
Adhere to safety rules and report safety hazards and unusual occurrences
Maintain inventory and equipment records and keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy
Participate in staff meetings and share observations and ideas for improved cleaning and maintenance
Interact with residents in a professional and friendly manner
Perform other duties as assigned
