Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs or ladders and access various property areas
Ability to push or pull items and reach overhead
Ability to bend, stoop or kneel
Dexterity of hands and fingers and ability to grasp tools
Ability to see to perform inspections and read computer screens
Ability to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
Ability to lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally, sometimes heavier with assistance
Ability to operate computer and office equipment
Willingness to work outdoors and in potentially hazardous areas
Full-time availability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills
Ability to operate office equipment including computer, keyboard, and mouse
Ability to follow safety protocols and perform physical tasks

Job Duties

Perform regular custodial duties around the property and maintain the common areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and removing trash
Complete grounds work as directed by Maintenance Manager and/or Community Manager which may include picking up trash, cleaning dumpster areas, trash rooms and trash chutes, blowing the parking area and sidewalks, removing debris, power washing
Thoroughly clean breezeways by removing cobwebs, bugs in lights, mopping floors, power washing, and wiping down doors and handrails
Collaborate effectively with maintenance team members, other departments, and external contractors to ensure seamless property maintenance, fostering teamwork and cooperation
Assess property safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing resident well-being
Keep property in top-notch condition by maintaining the cleanliness of the grounds, delivering notices to apartments and performing tasks like interior and exterior painting
