Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred but not required
Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
Good communication skills
Background check clearance
Willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Willingness to learn and adapt to training
Ability to manage physical tasks involved in housekeeping

Job Duties

Provide routine cleaning services for community common areas
Clean and maintain over 200 resident apartments
Perform spontaneous cleaning assignments as needed
Interact daily with residents to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
Follow established sanitation and safety protocols
Participate in training and development programs
Support team efforts to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
