Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community and resident apartments, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning entryways and common areas
- Clean and maintain resident apartments, including laundry, changing linens, defrosting refrigerators, and checking heat system filters
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments and common areas focusing on carpets, windows, light fixtures, and railings
- Follow all company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests, serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from the cart
- Take resident orders, serve meals and desserts, and ensure timely delivery of trays to resident rooms
- Bus tables, clear dishes, sanitize dining areas, replenish supplies, and complete side work tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
