Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One year experience in housing industry preferred
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
Knowledge of OSHA requirements
Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
Ability to work weekends, nights and overtime as needed
Physical ability to perform duties including climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and exposure to outdoor elements

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry
Basic computer skills with the ability to perform on-site software functions
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Job Duties

Clean apartment community public facilities and common areas daily
Attend onsite regularly and maintain consistent presence
Remove trash and maintain grounds and residential areas including make-ready units
Prepare and clean vacant units for move-in readiness
Maintain cleanliness of community offices and amenities daily
Respond promptly to resident and management service requests and work orders
Follow Asset Living policies and report community rule violations to management
Use property resources and cleaning supplies economically
Perform additional tasks as requested by the Community Manager
Provide excellent customer service and ensure consistent resident interaction
Project a favorable community image
Enforce community policies delegated by supervisor
