Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year experience in housing industry preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work weekends, nights and overtime as needed
- Physical ability to perform duties including climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and exposure to outdoor elements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry
- Basic computer skills with the ability to perform on-site software functions
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
Job Duties
- Clean apartment community public facilities and common areas daily
- Attend onsite regularly and maintain consistent presence
- Remove trash and maintain grounds and residential areas including make-ready units
- Prepare and clean vacant units for move-in readiness
- Maintain cleanliness of community offices and amenities daily
- Respond promptly to resident and management service requests and work orders
- Follow Asset Living policies and report community rule violations to management
- Use property resources and cleaning supplies economically
- Perform additional tasks as requested by the Community Manager
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure consistent resident interaction
- Project a favorable community image
- Enforce community policies delegated by supervisor
