Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- prior custodial, housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not necessary
- willing to conform to hotel dress and grooming standards
- able to lift or move items up to 20 pounds occasionally
- able to stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
- full-time availability including weekends and holidays
- legally eligible to work in the United States

- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to function well in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Make up guest rooms and prepare them for new guests daily
- change bed linens and replace towels and facecloths
- restock toilet tissue and complimentary toiletries
- clean rooms and bathrooms as required
- replenish minibar refreshments
- collect, sort, load and unload linens for laundry
- iron, fold, store and deliver clean linens
- engage with guests politely and provide assistance or directions
- maintain a safe, clean, and attractive environment in guest areas
