Job Requirements

Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks
Dependable with a strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Ability to pass background checks and comply with facility policies

Job Duties

Clean resident and facility areas by scrubbing, mopping, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
Restock supplies including paper products, soap, and other items regularly
Engage respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff daily to foster a welcoming environment
Meet physical demands such as standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
Maintain organization and multitask efficiently in a busy environment
Demonstrate genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
