Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license
- insured and well-maintained vehicle
- pass background check
- pass drug screening
- availability to work monday to friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
- ability to work in two-person teams
- willingness to comply with company dress code
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in residential cleaning preferred
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- valid driver’s license with good driving record
- ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures

Job Duties
- clean houses in two-person teams using established systems and equipment
- maintain high-quality cleaning standards that affect commission-based pay
- ensure reliable transportation to job sites daily
- pass background check and drug screening
- maintain a positive and enjoyable attitude while working with team members
- participate in quarterly celebrations and opportunities for promotion
- wear required dry-fit shirts and scrub pants during shifts
