Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and orders simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to retain orders up to four at one time

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed, check heat system filters, change beds and linens, and ensure adequate linen supplies
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on carpets, plants, windows, pictures, railings, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests and serve beverages, soups, salads, and meals from the meal cart
- Take and communicate resident orders clearly and courteously
- Assist with storage of perishable items and deliver trays to resident rooms as needed
- Bus and clear tables after meals, sanitize dining areas, vacuum carpets, and complete side work such as filling sugar holders and cleaning coffeemakers
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned
