2+ years of housekeeping experience
Ability to obtain the appropriate state occupational license
Ability to stand for 8 hours
Familiarity with all housekeeping equipment
Ability to lift at least 50lbs
Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Ensures all public areas of the office building are clean and ready for operation by thoroughly cleaning, dusting and polishing all areas
Follows all safety guidelines and organizational policies
Uses all appropriate housekeeping equipment to perform the job
Ensures that all trash cans are changed on a regular basis
Performs all other assigned housekeeping duties
Maintains cleanliness standards consistently
Reports any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
