Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
Ability to communicate clearly in English
Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Physical capability to perform cleaning duties
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Qualifications

Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English with employees and residents
General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
Ability to retain orders up to four at one time
Strong organization and time management skills
Basic computer skills

Job Duties

Provide general housekeeping for community and resident apartments including vacuuming and dusting
Clean and defrost refrigerators, check heat system filters, change bed linens, and maintain linen supplies
Perform deep cleaning of resident apartments focusing on carpets, windows, and fixtures
Launder all linens using provided laundry facilities
Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
Greet residents and guests to serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from the cart
Take and serve meal and dessert orders while reviewing menus courteously
Return cart to kitchen and assist with storage of perishable items and deliver trays to rooms if needed
Bus and clear tables after meals, reset dining areas following sanitizing guidelines, and vacuum carpets
Complete side work such as replenishing supplies and cleaning coffeemakers
Perform other duties as assigned
