Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capability to move furniture and perform diverse physical activities
Must be reliable and punctual
Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
Commitment to supporting senior residents
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Minimum one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, and carrying
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work flexible schedules

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of resident rooms and common areas
Follow health and safety regulations
Handle laundry and linen services
Report maintenance issues promptly
Assist with furniture moving as needed
Support residents with respect and dignity
Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards
