Job Requirements

available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
lift, carry, push, pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous housekeeping or custodial experience is an advantage
ability to follow established cleaning standards and procedures
strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently
good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues
ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including bending, stooping, and lifting up to 25 lbs

Job Duties

clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
report room status to the main linen room, housekeeping manager/supervisor, or front desk
fill the housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies/chemicals, transport the cart/caddy to the rooms, and return the cart to the designated area at the end of the shift
follow all company policies and procedures
report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents
