Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
entry level position with on-the-job training
ability to use cleaning equipment
availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm on an every-other-week basis
reliable attendance
ability to follow safety and cleaning protocols

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
strong attention to detail
good communication skills
capable of working independently and as part of a team
willingness to learn and complete on-the-job training
dependable and punctual

Job Duties

daily cleaning of resident apartments
daily cleaning of common areas
cleaning other assigned areas
use of cleaning equipment such as microfiber mops, small wringers, dusters, and household vacuum cleaners
utilizing cleaning products and supplies efficiently
maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
reporting maintenance or safety issues
