Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing field preferred
  • Ability to understand and follow guidelines and procedures
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle pace and pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Punctuality and adherence to clock-in and clock-out times
  • Ability to lift and perform physical tasks such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, and repetitive motions
  • Must be able to listen effectively and resolve conflicts
  • Must have a genuine desire to serve guests
  • Availability for scheduled shifts and providing notice when calling out

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
  • Effective listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills
  • Desire to serve all guests with hospitality and guest service
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Punctuality for shifts and adherence to clock-in/out procedures

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
  • Work to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores collectively
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Have strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
  • Support all groups and events at the hotel with awareness
  • Use relevant technology proficiently for the role
  • Answer incoming calls with friendly service and approved greetings
  • Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
  • Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
  • Always greet guests positively even while cleaning
  • Complete all operational checklists accurately and timely
  • Prepare accurate and timely shift handover reports
  • Wear a clean, approved uniform with nametag and smile
  • Maintain clear, honest, and professional communication with teammates
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude, willing to go beyond traditional roles
  • Work collaboratively to create a welcoming guest and workplace environment
  • Complete pre-cleaning duties, including stocking supplies and attending meetings
  • Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms each shift
  • Participate in additional cleaning projects as assigned in public and back-of-house areas
