Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • able to reach overhead and below knees, bend, twist, pull, and stoop
  • able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • able to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • willingness to undergo background and drug screening as required by company policy

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication skills

  • ability to follow safety and company policies

Job Duties

  • Clean villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
  • complete assigned rooms and tasks within scheduled shifts
  • replace guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items
  • report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager, or Front Desk
  • fill and transport housekeeping cart with necessary supplies and return it to designated area
  • follow company policies and procedures
  • report maintenance problems, safety hazards, and accidents
  • welcome and greet guests
  • anticipate and address guest needs
  • interact professionally with colleagues and guests
  • contribute to team goals
  • always follow safety procedures
