Job Requirements

Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Valid driver's license required
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25lbs without assistance
Must pass background and drug screening according to company policy
Commitment to comply with company policies and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle physical demands of the position
Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Valid driver's license required

Job Duties

Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
Complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
Replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
Fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies/chemicals, transport the cart/caddy to the rooms, and return the cart to the designated area at the end of the shift
Follow all company policies and procedures
report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents
Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
Contribute to team goals
Always follow company policies and safety procedures
