Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25lbs without assistance
- Must pass background and drug screening according to company policy
- Commitment to comply with company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of the position
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
- Valid driver's license required
Job Duties
- Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- Complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
- Replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
- Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
- Fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies/chemicals, transport the cart/caddy to the rooms, and return the cart to the designated area at the end of the shift
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures
