Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25lbs without assistance
  • Must pass background and drug screening according to company policy
  • Commitment to comply with company policies and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the position
  • Commitment to providing excellent guest service
  • Valid driver's license required

Job Duties

  • Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
  • Complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
  • Replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
  • Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
  • Fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies/chemicals, transport the cart/caddy to the rooms, and return the cart to the designated area at the end of the shift
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents
  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
  • Contribute to team goals
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures
