Job Qualifications

Experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred but not required
attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team
strong command of English sufficient to read, write, and interpret administrative information

Job Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and tidying up rooms
ensure all areas including residences and common areas are maintained to the highest standards
conduct weekly standard cleaning and monthly deep cleaning including baseboards, blinds, and ceiling fans
work closely with other housekeeping employees and Symphony Park staff
report any issues or deficiencies to the Director of Housekeeping
participate in training sessions and team meetings
follow all cleaning protocols and checklists to ensure quality and consistency
interact professionally with residents to meet their housekeeping needs
properly use, maintain, and store cleaning equipment and supplies
encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers
attend community training courses and maintain up-to-date monthly, quarterly, and annual training
perform other duties as assigned to support community success and resident comfort
