Job Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred but not required
- attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
- ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team
- strong command of English sufficient to read, write, and interpret administrative information
Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and tidying up rooms
- ensure all areas including residences and common areas are maintained to the highest standards
- conduct weekly standard cleaning and monthly deep cleaning including baseboards, blinds, and ceiling fans
- work closely with other housekeeping employees and Symphony Park staff
- report any issues or deficiencies to the Director of Housekeeping
- participate in training sessions and team meetings
- follow all cleaning protocols and checklists to ensure quality and consistency
- interact professionally with residents to meet their housekeeping needs
- properly use, maintain, and store cleaning equipment and supplies
- encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers
- attend community training courses and maintain up-to-date monthly, quarterly, and annual training
- perform other duties as assigned to support community success and resident comfort
