Job Qualifications

  • Experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred but not required
  • attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
  • ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team
  • strong command of English sufficient to read, write, and interpret administrative information

Job Duties

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and tidying up rooms
  • ensure all areas including residences and common areas are maintained to the highest standards
  • conduct weekly standard cleaning and monthly deep cleaning including baseboards, blinds, and ceiling fans
  • work closely with other housekeeping employees and Symphony Park staff
  • report any issues or deficiencies to the Director of Housekeeping
  • participate in training sessions and team meetings
  • follow all cleaning protocols and checklists to ensure quality and consistency
  • interact professionally with residents to meet their housekeeping needs
  • properly use, maintain, and store cleaning equipment and supplies
  • encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers
  • attend community training courses and maintain up-to-date monthly, quarterly, and annual training
  • perform other duties as assigned to support community success and resident comfort
