Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
  • Willing and able to work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, up to 28 weeks
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other substances
  • Able to perform moderate physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and climbing
  • Maintain grooming standards with limited visible tattoos and piercings
  • Strictly no alcohol consumption during employment
  • Temporary employment position not exceeding 28 weeks
  • Ability to handle emergency and safety functions as part of training

Job Qualifications

  • At least eighteen years of age
  • American citizen or Green Card holder
  • Able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
  • Able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
  • Willing to comply with pre-employment drug testing requirements
  • Able to follow grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties

  • Create and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
  • Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas around the ship
  • Acknowledge guests by name and handle housekeeping-related inquiries and service requests according to service standards
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
  • Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies
  • Clean up spills and notify managers of maintenance needs
  • Collect and dispose of trash
  • Properly clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
  • Build genuine relationships with guests and efficiently cater to housekeeping requests
  • Assist with greeting guests during embarkation and support special onboard events such as afternoon tea and evening cocktail parties
