Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
Willing and able to work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, up to 28 weeks
Must pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other substances
Able to perform moderate physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and climbing
Maintain grooming standards with limited visible tattoos and piercings
Strictly no alcohol consumption during employment
Temporary employment position not exceeding 28 weeks
Ability to handle emergency and safety functions as part of training

Job Qualifications

At least eighteen years of age
American citizen or Green Card holder
Able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
Able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
Willing to comply with pre-employment drug testing requirements
Able to follow grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties

Create and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas around the ship
Acknowledge guests by name and handle housekeeping-related inquiries and service requests according to service standards
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies
Clean up spills and notify managers of maintenance needs
Collect and dispose of trash
Properly clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
Build genuine relationships with guests and efficiently cater to housekeeping requests
Assist with greeting guests during embarkation and support special onboard events such as afternoon tea and evening cocktail parties
