Job Requirements

must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, for 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
able to pass a pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
able to abstain from alcohol consumption while onboard
willing to adhere to emergency and safety training and functions
willing to comply with company grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings

Job Duties

responsible for creating and maintaining an environment that is clean, safe, and attractive for guests
prioritizing comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas around the ship
acknowledge guests by name and kindly take action for all housekeeping-related inquiries and service requests according to service standards
vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
organizing inventory and stocking linen and supplies
carefully cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment and notifying managers of necessary maintenance requests
collecting and disposing of trash
