- As applicable, understand and comply with safety duties for driving a Sunrise vehicle

Job Duties
- Perform general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas, and support areas while meeting or exceeding quality standards
- Clean resident suites, bathrooms, common areas, and offices according to schedule including sweeping, dusting, wet mopping, vacuuming floors and rugs
- Clean, sanitize, and polish lavatory, shower, and sink fixtures
- Dust, wash, sponge mop, sanitize and hand shampoo furniture
- Respect resident privacy by knocking before entering rooms
- Maintain equipment and supplies in a clean and orderly condition
- Transport supplies including clean and soiled linen
- Collect trash and maintain trash receptacles clean
- Collect, clean, and redistribute community laundry
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, count, and stack linens following procedures
- Inspect linens for wear and tear and manage damaged linens
- Maintain commercial laundry cleanliness and sanitation
- Assist Care Managers and Department Coordinators with resident care when requested
- Practice positive resident relations and respond to resident requests
- Review and document daily logs about resident physical and behavioral changes
- Ensure cleaning chemicals are stored and locked when not in use
- Maintain hazard-free environment complying with fire codes and safety regulations
- Participate in community compliance with health and safety regulations
- Use personal protective equipment and follow safety protocols
- Contribute to team goals and demonstrate team member credo
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
