Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must have experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- must have a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- must be able to work well under pace and pressure in high-stress environments
- must be effective at listening, conflict resolution, and communicating clearly
- must have a strong desire for hospitality and guest service
- must be willing to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must clock in and out on time for shifts and breaks
- must provide sufficient notice when calling out for scheduled shifts
- must be capable of performing physical working demands including stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting housekeeping items

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- use guests' names whenever possible to enhance guest relations
- work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- maintain strong knowledge of all hotel features and amenities
- support hotel events and groups
- understand and use relevant technology for the role
- answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- keep all areas front and back of the house clean and well-organized
- assist with cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- complete all pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and attending morning meetings
- thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms
- manage additional cleaning projects in storage rooms, public areas, and for deep cleaning
- complete all operational checklists accurately and timely
- wear a clean approved uniform and maintain a professional appearance
- communicate clearly and honestly with team members
- demonstrate a positive can-do attitude and willingness to stretch beyond traditional roles
- collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming environment and positive workplace
