Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous cleaning experience
- ability to use cleaning machines
- effective communication skills in English
- ability to stand and perform manual labor all day
- good physical condition
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- punctuality and reliability
- excellent personal grooming
Job Qualifications
- previous cleaning experience including use of carpet shampooer, steam cleaner, and vacuum
- experience in a luxury environment preferred
- self-motivated and able to use good judgment
- effective and professional communication skills in English
- bilingual English-Spanish is a plus
- team player with a positive attitude
- ability to work under pressure and maintain physical stamina
- organized and proactive
- excellent grooming and uniform maintenance
- punctual and reliable
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- ensure cleanliness and polished presentation of the club
- promptly remove and properly handle waste including maintenance of disposal area
- clean, dust, polish, sweep, scrub, and wax using both hand tools and machines
- communicate effectively with guests and management to address needs and report issues
- replenish supplies including linens and oversee restocking
- manage laundry processes and send out dry cleaning
- comply with health and safety standards including safe chemical handling and hazard elimination
