Job Duties

  • consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms
  • achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required
  • deliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines
  • perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks
  • utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency
  • immediately report any lost and found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction
  • foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team
  • other duties may be assigned, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operations
