Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and keep a government security clearance
- Must pass drug and background screening
- Ability to operate general office equipment
- Trustworthy with excellent ethical standards
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations and problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Minimum of two years' work experience in a janitorial role preferred
- Ability to use basic computer software including Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer service skills including active listening and prompt follow-up
- Ability to understand and follow corporate policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Ensure offices, conference rooms, facilities, and other specified areas are kept clean and orderly
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties including vacuuming, dusting, item washing, trash collecting, and proper sorting
- Use and maintain janitorial equipment appropriately
- Enter data accurately into databases
- Follow instructions and safety rules
- Communicate effectively with management and staff
- Perform additional duties as assigned
