Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred but not required
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for long hours
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Must be dependable and punctual
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

Guest focus and customer service skills
Ability to be a reliable and dependable housekeeper
Motivation and initiative to be your best self
Attention to detail
Cleaning experience of one year preferred but not required
Certification sign off after completing training
Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally
Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods
Availability to work weekends and holidays as necessary

Job Duties

Provide the highest quality of service to guests and anticipate and exceed guest expectations
Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling
Strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, restock rooms
Clean, organize, and restock housekeeping cart
Self-inspect rooms and submit room status report to Supervisor
Practice safety standards to maintain safety for guests and staff
Perform other duties as assigned
