Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred but not required
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for long hours
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed

  • Ability to be a reliable and dependable housekeeper
  • Motivation and initiative to be your best self
  • Attention to detail
  • Cleaning experience of one year preferred but not required
  • Certification sign off after completing training
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as necessary

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest quality of service to guests and anticipate and exceed guest expectations
  • Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling
  • Strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, restock rooms
  • Clean, organize, and restock housekeeping cart
  • Self-inspect rooms and submit room status report to Supervisor
  • Practice safety standards to maintain safety for guests and staff
  • Perform other duties as assigned
